Silan Microelectronics released its 2024 semi-annual performance report, with operating income of approximately 5.274 billion yuan in the first half of the year, a year-on-year increase of 17.83%. Among them, the operating income of IGBT and SiC (modules, devices) has reached 783 million yuan, an increase of more than 30% over the same period last year. Silan Microelectronics stated that the company's third-generation semiconductor business is pregnant with a butterfly change, and it is expected that by the end of the year, the production capacity of SiC MOSFET chips will reach 12,000 pieces/month.
