NAURA announced that it has increased its capital by RMB 510 million to its wholly-owned subsidiary NAURA Innovation Investment (Beijing) Co., Ltd. to participate in the establishment of the Beijing Integrated Circuit Equipment Industry Investment and M&A Phase II Fund. The Phase II Fund has recently completed the relevant registration and filing procedures.
