The annual growth rate of Sunny Optical's automotive business is expected to be 30%, and the volume of automotive modules will also maintain a growth rate of 30%. The delivery cycle of automotive lenses is relatively long, usually one to two years. We have multiple customers and projects in progress, and we expect the sales of automotive lenses to grow rapidly, which will become an important part of future sales growth. The guidance for the growth rate of automotive lens shipments for the full year of 24 has been raised to 10%~15%, and the gross profit margin guidance remains unchanged. In the field of automotive lenses, Sunny Optical is increasing pixels, aiming to meet the demand of more than 10 million pixels. The company is the only supplier in the world that mass-produces multi-camera assembly lenses. The demand for in-cabin lenses is growing rapidly, and technical requirements include HDR, miniaturization, wide angle, depth perception and image preprocessing. In terms of DMS/OMS, low distortion, high resolution, large aperture and night vision functions are required, while focusing on low-cost, low-power and small-size solutions. In terms of HUD, the company has prepared high-end DLP solutions and low-end TFT solutions, and has independently developed PGU for high-end HUD. In the field of LiDAR, the development direction includes 10,000-level pixel applications and megapixel LiDAR.
