Dongfeng Motor has increased the launch of new products in Vietnam, Myanmar, Cambodia and other countries, strengthened customer service, and actively promoted localized marketing. In the Vietnamese market, Dongfeng Motor and its partners have reached a consensus on the systematic construction of marketing capabilities, and jointly created a full value chain cooperation system for product research and development, sales training, marketing, and after-sales service. Dongfeng organized a series of theme activities on service marketing innovation in Vietnam, covering dealers and service network partners across Vietnam. Dongfeng Motor participates in the entire process of pre-sales and after-sales of products, injecting new momentum into the sustainable development of the brand in the local market. Since the beginning of this year, Dongfeng Commercial Vehicle has vigorously promoted new tractor products such as DONGFENG GX and KL in the Vietnamese market, achieving good results, with tractor sales accounting for 34%.
