AMD plans to spin off ZT Systems manufacturing unit

After completing the acquisition of ZT Systems, AMD plans to spin off its manufacturing division. AMD will retain ZT Systems' design and customer teams and add them to the AMD Data Center Solutions Division, while considering selling its manufacturing division.
