Hua Hong Semiconductor's Shanghai and Wuxi fabs increase production capacity

Hua Hong Semiconductor has built three 8-inch wafer fabs in Jinqiao and Zhangjiang, Shanghai, with a monthly production capacity of about 180,000 wafers. In Wuxi High-tech Industrial Development Zone, it has built a 12-inch wafer fab ("Hua Hong Wuxi Phase I") with a monthly production capacity of 94,500 wafers. This is the world's leading 12-inch specialty process production line and the world's first 12-inch power device foundry production line.
