Black Sesame Smart successfully raised HK$1.25 billion through placement

Black Sesame Smart International Holdings Limited announced on February 19 that it had successfully completed the placing agreement, planning to place 53.65 million shares at a price of HK$23.20 per share, and expected to raise funds of HK$1.25 billion. The placing shares accounted for approximately 9.35% of the company's issued shares, and the placing price was 11.79% lower than the closing price of the day.
