WM Motor announces five-year development plan, aims to resume production in 2025

After more than a year of silence, WM Motor has recently ushered in a major turning point. The latest news on February 19 shows that its restructuring plan has clearly planned the development path for the next five years, with the goal of resuming work and production in 2025, and plans to achieve a "comeback" through brand renewal, capacity expansion and global layout. The new WM Motor will be promoted in three stages: in 2025, the production of the Wenzhou factory will be restored first, and the annual production capacity will be increased from 100,000 to 200,000 vehicles; 1-2 new cars will be launched each year from 2026 to 2027, and the annual sales volume will reach 600,000 in 2027; after 2028, it is planned to launch 10 models globally, aiming for a million sales and 110 billion yuan in revenue in 2029. Although this blueprint has been questioned as "idealistic", Shenzhen Xiangfei, as the only investor, has pledged to inject more than 10 billion yuan in support.
