Grammer Vehicle Interiors' new production base in Tianjin is fully operational

On August 20, the new production base of Grammer Automotive Interiors in Tianjin Binhai New Area was officially put into operation. The base is located east of Muning Road and south of the 11th Street in Tianjin Economic Development Zone, with a total investment of more than 120 million yuan, a total land area of ​​about 28,000 square meters, and a total construction area of ​​about 21,000 square meters. The main functional areas include pre-foaming workshop, stamping and welding workshop, assembly workshop, logistics workshop and office. At present, the base has a total of 11 production lines and has added many automated equipment, with a daily production capacity of more than 2,000 car seats. The new production line uses an intelligent scheduling system for the first time, realizing automatic distribution and automatic inspection of materials, and an average of one seat can be produced every 2.5 minutes. Compared with before, the production capacity of the project has increased by more than 30% after it was put into production.
