Several well-known Japanese companies, including Toyota Motor, Mitsubishi Heavy Industries and SoftBank, have decided to ban the use of generative AI technology developed by Chinese startup DeepSeek in their internal environments, mainly due to concerns that information could be leaked to the Chinese government.
