Silan Microelectronics' IGBT and silicon carbide revenues to grow 30% in the first half of 2024

Silan Microelectronics achieved IGBT and silicon carbide (modules, devices) revenue of 783 million yuan in the first half of 2024, a year-on-year increase of more than 30%. Although the company's overall net profit was in a loss state, its total revenue increased by about 18% year-on-year. This is mainly due to the company's increased product promotion efforts in high-threshold markets such as large white goods, communications, industry, new energy, and automobiles.
