Sichuan will build its first solid-state battery innovation industrial park

The first solid-state battery innovation industrial park in Sichuan Province will start construction in Yibin. The total investment of the project is nearly 10 billion yuan, and the production capacity is expected to reach 40GWh after completion. The industrial park is jointly invested and constructed by Sichuan New Energy Vehicle Innovation Center Co., Ltd. and Chengdu Saike Private Equity Fund Management Co., Ltd. The first phase covers an area of ​​168 acres, with an investment of 3 billion yuan, mainly to establish a 4GWh high-safety battery production line and a 30MWh all-solid-state battery pilot line. After the project is completed and put into production, it is expected to achieve an annual output value of 3.8 billion yuan.
