Xpeng Motors announced on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange that its founder He Xiaopeng purchased 1 million Class A ordinary shares on the open market from August 21 to 23, 2024, as well as 1.4199 million American depositary shares through his wholly-owned Galaxy Dynasty Limited. He Xiaopeng plans to continue to increase his stake in Xpeng Motors in the future.
