IBM China R&D department shuts down key business lines

IBM China has confirmed that it will completely shut down its R&D department in mainland China, involving more than 1,000 employees. The closure of IBM China's R&D department mainly involves two business lines, namely IBM China Development Center (CDL) and IBM China System Center (CSL). These two departments are mainly responsible for R&D and testing.
