France plans to invest more than $100 billion in artificial intelligence projects

French President Emmanuel Macron said he wants to invest $100 billion in artificial intelligence projects in France. The investment will help ensure that the country's artificial intelligence companies remain competitive and increase the number and capacity of data centers to train and run artificial intelligence software. Abu Dhabi fund MGX has pledged to invest $30 billion to $50 billion in artificial intelligence data centers in France. Brookfield Asset Management also issued a statement that it plans to invest $20 billion in data center construction in France by 2030.
