Shenyang City plans to build 35 kilometers of smart roads in the northern EU Management Committee area, open the first L4 autonomous driving test road in Northeast China, and provide free trial rides to citizens. At the same time, 34 kilometers of smart roads will be built in the Wanquan area in the south.
