Driven by strong market demand, China's silicon carbide substrate production capacity is expanding rapidly. The latest statistics show that by the end of June 2024, China's production capacity in this field has reached about 3.48 million pieces (equivalent to 6 inches), and this number is expected to increase to 4 million pieces by the end of the year.
