Shandong Province takes the lead in silicon carbide substrate industry

From the perspective of regional capacity distribution, Shandong Province in East China has performed particularly well in the production of silicon carbide substrates, with an annual capacity of up to 400,000 pieces (equivalent to 6 inches). This remarkable production capacity is mainly due to the active investment of enterprises such as Tianyue Advanced (Jinan Huaiyin Plant) and Yuehaijin Semiconductor (Dongying Hekou Plant).
