Bridgestone's performance growth in the first half of 2024

Bridgestone, a world-renowned tire manufacturer, announced its financial report for the first half of 2024, with revenue reaching 2,176.773 billion yen (about 15.14 billion U.S. dollars), an increase of 3.5% over the same period last year. Operating profit was 280.419 billion yen, up 11.9% year-on-year. Net profit attributable to the parent company's owners was 199.122 billion yen, up 8.6% over the same period last year.
