Luo Qing, a senior executive of Continental AG in China, sued the company for infringing his reputation

Luo Ying, former head of Continental AG's Autonomous Driving and Mobility Business Group in China, filed a lawsuit with the court on August 23, accusing Continental AG China of infringing his reputation rights. Luo Ying said that he was reported for potential non-compliance in July 2023. Although the compliance investigation by the German headquarters did not find any specific evidence, he was still suspended and did not receive the results of the compliance investigation. He believed that this was workplace persecution against him by Continental AG China, so he decided to take legal action.
