Penghui Energy today released 20Ah and 2000mAh soft-pack all-solid-state batteries, an innovation that has attracted widespread attention in the energy storage industry. The battery uses a self-developed electrolyte wet coating process, and the overall cost is only about 15% higher than that of conventional lithium batteries. It is expected that in the next 3-5 years, the cost of solid-state batteries will be on par with conventional lithium batteries. In addition, the battery also uses an inorganic composite solid electrolyte, which enhances the adhesion and plasticity of the electrolyte layer, greatly reduces the probability of internal short circuits in solid-state batteries, and further improves the heat dissipation capacity and safety performance of the battery. This battery can work stably in a wide temperature range of -20℃ to 85℃, and the energy density reaches 280Wh/kg. Penghui Energy plans to establish a pilot line for all-solid-state batteries in 2025 and complete a formal production line in 2026.
