Pinejay Semiconductor recently completed its A2 and A3 rounds of financing, raising nearly RMB 500 million. Investors include Ningbo Tongshang Fund, Ningbo Yongcheng Asset Management, Shanghai Semiconductor Equipment Materials Industry Investment Fund, Nanjing Venture Capital, Shanzheng Innovation and Kuntai Capital. Pinejay's products have been recognized by customers in the fields of new energy vehicles, photovoltaic storage and charging, industrial power supplies, etc. The funds raised this time will be mainly used for R&D, supply chain construction and global market layout to improve the performance, reliability and cost control capabilities of Pinejay's products.
