China Automotive (Beijing) Intelligent Connected Vehicle Research Institute Co., Ltd. was jointly initiated by the China Society of Automotive Engineers, China Association of Automobile Manufacturers and China Intelligent Connected Vehicle Industry Innovation Alliance. On May 30, 2019, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology of China officially approved the establishment of the National Intelligent Connected Vehicle Innovation Center by China Automotive (Beijing) Intelligent Connected Vehicle Research Institute Co., Ltd. The National Intelligent Connected Vehicle Innovation Center will play a role as a core think tank for industrial development, a common technology R&D center, an innovation service public platform, an innovation ecological collaboration platform, and an innovation achievement transformation base, so as to enhance the position of my country's intelligent connected vehicles and related industries in the global value chain.
