Zhizhan Technology's SiC device project settled in Zhejiang

The Yangtze River Delta Demonstration Zone launched a joint investment promotion activity. Wujiang, Jiangsu and Jiashan, Zhejiang signed contracts to introduce 12 key projects, including a SiC device project. The project was funded by Zhizhan New Energy (Zhejiang) Co., Ltd., with an estimated total investment of 1 billion yuan. Qu Bo, general manager of Zhizhan Technology, said that they will expand the research and development and production of various silicon carbide semiconductor devices and their application products in Jiashan, and the annual output value is expected to exceed 500 million yuan this year. After the completion of the new project, the annual output value will reach 5 billion yuan.
