Yinji Technology received hundreds of millions of yuan in round B financing

Yinji Technology announced the completion of the B round of financing of hundreds of millions of yuan. This round of financing was jointly led by PICC Capital and Tencent, followed by Bojiang Capital, Minsheng International, and Zhuiyuan Venture Capital. It is understood that this round of financing is mainly used for technology research and development and exploration of digital key service scenarios, with a focus on the research and development of "Automotive Intelligent Connection System" (ICS), a product in the 3.0 era of automotive networking. Yinji Technology completed the A round of financing led by Walden International in 2018, and completed the A+ round of financing led by Beijing Internet of Vehicles Fund in 2019. In March 2019, the first generation of Bluetooth digital keys jointly developed by Yinji and GAC were installed in GAC New Energy Vehicle Aion and put into mass production. At present, Yinji Technology's digital key products have been iterated to the second generation, and it has started full-car cooperation with GAC Group, Great Wall Group, and Toyota Group. As of the end of 2021, Yinji has established cooperation with nearly 30 OEMs, launched more than 70 models, and its market share in the front-end market has reached more than 50%. In 2021, the number of vehicles equipped with Yinji Technology's digital keys reached more than 400,000, and it is expected that this number will exceed one million in 2022.
