Guangdong Xinyueneng Semiconductor Co., Ltd. is located in the Nansha Free Trade Zone of Guangzhou. It is a silicon carbide chip manufacturing and R&D enterprise for the automotive and industrial control fields. Its products mainly include power devices such as silicon carbide SBD/JBS, MOSFET, IGBT, etc., which are mainly used in new energy vehicles, industrial power supplies, smart grids and photovoltaic power generation. It is currently the largest company in China that focuses on automotive-grade silicon carbide chip manufacturing. It has been listed as a key construction project by Guangdong Province, Guangzhou City and Nansha District.
