Beijing Tianke Heda Semiconductor Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Tianke Heda") was established in September 2006 and is headquartered in Daxing District, Beijing. It is one of the national high-tech enterprises that pioneered the research, development, production and sales of third-generation semiconductor silicon carbide single crystal substrates and related products in China. It is also a domestic silicon carbide substrate supplier with a large production scale and a complete product range in the field of silicon carbide single crystal substrates. The company has formed seven key core technology systems with independent intellectual property rights, including silicon carbide single crystal growth furnace manufacturing, raw material synthesis, crystal growth, crystal processing, wafer processing, cleaning and testing, and epitaxial wafer preparation, covering the entire process of silicon carbide material production. The company has a research and development center, four wholly-owned subsidiaries and a holding subsidiary, and its industries cover silicon carbide single crystal furnace manufacturing, silicon carbide single crystal substrate preparation and silicon carbide epitaxial wafer preparation. The company has built a silicon carbide single crystal growth furnace manufacturing base in Shenyang City, Liaoning Province, and two complete silicon carbide single crystal substrate preparation bases in Daxing District, Beijing and Xuzhou City, Jiangsu Province respectively. At the same time, the "Silicon Carbide Substrate and Epitaxial Manufacturing Base Project", a provincial key project invested and constructed by the holding subsidiary Shenzhen Chongtou Tianke, was completed and put into production in mid-2023, and has initially formed an industrial layout based in the three core advantage areas of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei, Yangtze River Delta, and Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area, radiating and driving the country's industrial layout.
