ams OSRAM announced that it has officially launched the China Development Center (CDC), which brings together a team of experts in product marketing, system solutions, application engineering and supply chain innovation, and will become an important driving force for business growth in Greater China. CDC's strategic focus is to promote the creation and expansion of mass market business needs, and plans to explore a series of mass market applications, such as time-of-flight (ToF) technology, blue laser applications and laser projection solutions. The position sensors developed by CDC have also made significant progress in the Chinese automotive industry.
