Founded in November 2022, Chenzhi Technology is a wholly-owned subsidiary of China Changan Automobile Group Co., Ltd., focusing on the research and development of intelligent automobile chassis systems. It has formed a research and development layout of "Chongqing + Shanghai + Chengdu" 1 headquarters and 3 centers, and completed the industrial layout of the "Lighthouse Factory" in Western (Chongqing) Science City, Chengdu, Sichuan, Ya'an, Sichuan, and Nanjing, Jiangsu. Coordinate the management of chassis-related industries and enterprises such as the chassis branch, Southern TRW, and Benteler Jianan. The company currently has more than 400 employees, including more than 240 R&D personnel and more than 100 personnel with master's degrees. By the end of 2023, the scale of R&D personnel will exceed 300, and by 2025, it will reach more than 800. The company currently has 9 core braking technologies, 15 core steering technologies, 6 core suspension technologies, 9 core lightweight technologies, etc. In the fields of braking, steering, suspension, and lightweight product systems, it has formed a product series and chassis integration capabilities that can meet the full range of passenger cars, pickups, and large MPVs. The company plans to invest 5 billion yuan in total from 2022 to 2025, with an investment of more than 2 billion yuan in the first phase, initially forming a "3+1" base layout of Chongqing Bishan, Sichuan Chengdu, Sichuan Ya'an base + Yubei factory. The 1.25 billion yuan production line investment will all start construction by the end of February 2023, the Chongqing Bishan Industrial Park will start construction in April 2023, the production line installation and commissioning will gradually start in August 2023, and full mass production will be achieved in January 2024.
