Suba Power has a total of 18 shareholders, among which Guangzhou Chufeng Equity, Tianjin Haihe Shunke Equity, and Shenzhen Shunying Private Equity are all Shunwei Capital after penetration, and the final shareholding ratio reached 6.48%, becoming the company's third largest shareholder. In April 2023, Detong Capital, Zhongguancun Venture Capital, Yunhe Capital, Pingling Group, Guoxing Investment, and Liuyi Investment increased their investment in the company. In the latest round of financing, Sequoia Capital made its debut and Yumei Fund completed its entry.
