Guangzhou launches first autonomous driving demonstration operation line

On February 21, Guangzhou opened the first autonomous driving demonstration operation line in the country's first-tier cities, connecting the city center with the transportation hub. Users can take an autonomous driving vehicle to and from Guangzhou Baiyun Airport or Guangzhou South Station from designated locations in the city. The first batch of routes include Guangzhou Garden Hotel-Guangzhou Baiyun Airport, Guangzhou Tower-Guangzhou South Station, Zhujiang New Town-Guangzhou South Station, and Zhujiang New Town-Guangzhou Baiyun Airport. The operating hours are from 10 am to 3:30 pm and from 7:30 pm to 9:30 pm.
