Infineon cooperates with Leapmotor to supply SiC modules, MCUs and other products

Infineon Technologies AG announced that it will supply a variety of products including silicon carbide (SiC) HybridPACK™ Drive G2 CoolSiC™ power modules and AURIX™ microcontrollers for Leapmotor's latest C16 smart electric vehicle. The 1200 V HybridPACK Drive G2 CoolSiC modules provided by Infineon can further improve the performance and system reliability of electric vehicles.
