According to the latest data, in 2022, 2023 and the first nine months of 2024, the sales volume of Tianyue advanced silicon carbide substrates was approximately 63,800 pieces, 226,300 pieces and 251,500 pieces, respectively, with average selling prices of RMB 5,110.0 per piece, RMB 4,798.1 per piece and RMB 4,185.0 per piece, respectively, and sales revenues of RMB 326 million, RMB 1.086 billion and RMB 1.053 billion, respectively.
