LG Energy Solution invests in Longpan Technology's subsidiary Lithium Source (Indonesia)

Longpan Technology announced that its third-level holding subsidiary Lithium Source (Indonesia) plans to increase capital and expand shares and introduce investors. LG Energy Solution plans to invest approximately US$15.9709 million (approximately RMB 116 million) in cash to subscribe for 255,930.64 newly issued common shares of Lithium Source (Indonesia), and acquire 20% of the equity of Lithium Source (Indonesia) after the new share issuance is completed.
