Lips SiC module is selected for North American new energy vehicle Tier 1 project

Lips' official Weibo account announced that its silicon carbide (SiC) module with independent intellectual property rights has been officially designated for a well-known North American new energy vehicle Tier 1 project on September 5 after more than a year of evaluation and testing by overseas clients. This SiC module under the 800V voltage platform has a peak power of up to 250kW and is expected to start mass production in the third quarter of 2025, with a target demand of 60,000 units in 2026.
