ON Semiconductor Launches Two New Generations of Technology Platforms, Including the Latest Generation of EliteSiC MOSFET - M3e

ON Semiconductor has recently launched the latest two generations of technology platforms, including the latest generation of EliteSiC MOSFET, M3e. Compared with previous generations, the M3e platform has a 30% reduction in conduction loss and a 50% reduction in turn-off loss.
