Development History of Beixing Technology

In June 2015, Benewake (Beijing) Photonic Technology Co., Ltd. was established. In December 2015, it obtained Series A financing from IDG Capital and Ecovacs. In November 2016, it obtained Series A+ financing. IDG Capital and Ecovacs continued to follow up and Shunwei Capital was added as the investor. In October 2017, TF02 LiDAR was mass-produced, TFmini LiDAR module was mass-produced, and CE30 solid-state array LiDAR was mass-produced. In December 2018, it obtained B1 and B2 rounds of financing, and TF03 and TFmini Plus LiDARs were launched. In January 2019, the long-range LiDAR Horn-X was launched. In December 2019, the hundred-yuan single-point LiDAR TF-Luna was launched. In November 2020, the ultra-low power consumption Parking LiDAR module was launched. In January 2021, the industrial version of LiDAR TFmini-i and TF02-i were launched. In May 2021, the long-range high-definition three-dimensional LiDAR Horn-RT was launched. In 2021, the C1 round of financing was completed.
