Chinese heavy-duty truck autonomous driving technology company Inceptio Technologies considers listing in the U.S.

Inceptio Technology, a Chinese developer of autonomous driving technology for heavy trucks, is reportedly considering an initial public offering (IPO) in the United States as early as this year. The company plans to raise $100 million to $200 million through the IPO. Inceptio Technology's shareholders include battery maker CATL, food delivery platform Meituan and investment firm Sequoia Capital.
