Geely Automobile's Egyptian plant starts production, with the first two models rolling off the assembly line

Geely Automobile Egypt, the first fully knocked-down assembly plant of the well-known Chinese automobile manufacturer Geely Automobile in the Middle East and Africa, has officially started production and rolled off two of its models. The two models are the Coolray and the fourth-generation Emgrand. The plant is located in the 6th of October City in Giza Governorate and is expected to achieve an annual production capacity of about 30,000 units within three years.
