Tesla recently announced a new roadmap for the coming months on its official Twitter account, focusing on the development of fully autonomous driving (FSD). According to the plan, version v12.5.2, which will be launched in September 2024, will increase the mileage between necessary interventions by about 3 times. In addition, this version will also introduce a true smart summon function on the AI3 computer and solve the problem of eye tracking when wearing sunglasses. At the same time, Tesla is also developing the automatic parking function of Cybertruck and an end-to-end network on highways. It is expected that in October 2024, FSD will realize functions such as unmanned parking, parking and reversing. As for global promotion, Tesla plans to launch FSD in Europe and China in the first quarter of 2025, but the specific implementation still needs to wait for the approval of local regulators.
