Focuslight Technology successfully acquired part of ams OSRAM AG's optical components assets

Focuslight Technology, a global leading provider of semiconductor lasers and raw materials, laser optics, photonic application modules and system solutions, recently announced the successful acquisition of some R&D and production assets of ams OSRAM AG's optical components. The acquired assets include the optical component-related intellectual property, R&D and production assets of ams OSRAM AG's wholly-owned subsidiaries in Singapore and Switzerland. Focuslight Technology plans to integrate these assets into its automotive division to enhance its strength and ability to serve global automotive customers.
