SERES Completes Acquisition of Longsheng New Energy and Obtains Ownership of Chongqing Super Factory

SERES Group has successfully completed the acquisition of Chongqing Liangjiang New Area Longsheng New Energy Technology Co., Ltd. and obtained ownership of its Chongqing Super Factory. The transaction price of this acquisition is 8.164 billion yuan, which constitutes a major asset reorganization.
