On October 15, 2024, WeRide officially released the new generation of Robotaxi mass production model - GXR. This model is claimed to have the industry-leading L4 level public road pure unmanned commercial operation capability. GXR can provide the largest boarding and alighting space, the best riding space and the largest luggage storage space in the Robotaxi industry for up to 5 passengers.
