Tyco Tianrun Capacity

Tyco Tianrun is based in Beijing and Liuyang, Hunan (Liuyang Tyco Tianrun Semiconductor Technology Co., Ltd.), and was established in April 2011. It has established offices in Shanghai and Shenzhen. There are agents in the United States, Europe, Singapore, South Korea, Japan and Russia to provide service support. Since the end of 2013, device products in the range of 2-100A and 600-3300V can be mass-produced and sold. Tyco Tianrun is headquartered in Beijing and has a production line in Hunan with an annual output of 60,000 pieces/6-inch SiC semiconductor wafers, which will be expanded to 100,000 pieces per year by the end of 2023. The company started construction of the 8-inch line in Beijing in early 2023, and it is expected to achieve an annual output of 100,000 pieces/8-inch SiC semiconductor wafers in 2025.
