It began to deploy 8-inch silicon carbide production lines at the end of 2022, and is expected to reach a production capacity of 100,000 pieces per year in 2025. In terms of downstream companies, Tyco Tianrun is also actively cooperating with BYD, Wuling mini, GAC, Maserati, Geely, BAIC, Dongfeng and other automakers to further understand market demands.
