Tyco Tianrun's shipments exceeded 10 million units

As early as 2018, Tyco Tianrun passed IATF16949, AEC-Q101 and other automotive certifications, and many models have passed the third-party AEC-Q101 certification. The products have achieved tens of millions of units shipped in application fields such as new energy vehicle on-board chargers, and have been mass-produced by benchmark customers such as BYD. Tyco Tianrun's 6-inch silicon carbide wafer industrial park is located in Liuyang High-tech Zone, Hunan Province, and is a key project introduced and implemented in Hunan Province. The first phase of the project will invest 300 million yuan, which can achieve a production capacity of 60,000 pieces/year, and annual sales revenue can reach 1.0-1.5 billion yuan.
