Innoscience is a high-tech enterprise dedicated to the research and development and manufacturing of third-generation semiconductor silicon-based gallium nitride epitaxy and devices. It adopts the IDM (Integrated Device Manufacture) full industry chain model and has established the world's first 8-inch GaN-on-Si wafer mass production line with the largest production capacity. Innoscience aims to build the world's largest gallium nitride (GaN) production base that adopts the full industry chain model and integrates design, research and development, production and sales. In order to promote gallium nitride power electronic devices on a large scale in the market, three other pain points need to be solved: the first is cost. Innoscience will strategically adopt 8-inch wafers. Compared with 6-inch wafers, the number of devices on 8-inch wafers is 80% more than that on 6-inch wafers. Currently, the company has two 8-inch silicon-based gallium nitride production bases, using the most advanced 8-inch production process, and is the world's highest-capacity gallium nitride device manufacturer.
