The automotive-grade flexible wire harness assembly (KGM) technology based on the servo cam platform developed by PIA has realized the fully automated production of automotive wire harnesses. This technology can transmit signals at a rate of one second, which is faster than traditional methods and is crucial to improving the performance of automotive safety systems. KGM technology can not only assemble single-core or multi-core wire harnesses, but also assemble connectors and components according to customer needs. In addition, the technology also supports high-speed production, producing a new component every 3.5 seconds.
