Alpha Power Solutions (APS) is a leading third-generation semiconductor supplier in China, focusing on the research and development, production and sales of silicon carbide power semiconductor devices. It has successfully deployed applications in domestic leading enterprises such as new energy vehicles, DC charging piles, photovoltaics and energy storage, and smart homes, providing them with optimized silicon carbide products.
