Feizeng Semiconductor cooperates with Jetta Semiconductor

Alpha Power Solutions was born out of the SiC department of Hong Kong Huazhi Technology. In 2017, it was spun off to become Chuangneng Power Company. In 2018, Alpha Power Solutions was established in Shanghai as its headquarters. Currently, its largest shareholder is Huada Semiconductor, a subsidiary of China Electronics Corporation (CEC). In terms of chip manufacturing, Alpha Power Solutions, as a power semiconductor company under Huada Semiconductor, cooperates with Jita Semiconductor, the first wafer foundry in China to mass produce 6-inch SiC devices (under Huada Semiconductor), enabling Alpha Power Solutions to use its advanced manufacturing capabilities to achieve large-scale production and high-quality delivery of SiC devices.
